Privacy notice for the Jigfold website and waitlist

This notice explains what happens to the information you give us on this website. It covers the website and the waitlist only. The Jigfold product, once it opens, will have its own notice.

Who is responsible

The controller is Marik Péter EV. (sole trader), 1054 Budapest, Aulich utca 3., sole-trader registration number 61895726, tax number 91785620-1-41. You can reach us about your data at privacy@jigfold.com. Jigfold is part of the ShowFold family.

What we collect, and why

When you join the waitlist we collect your company name, your trade, your country and a work email address. A contact name is optional. We use them for one purpose: to invite your company to the Jigfold pilot and to tell you when Jigfold opens in your country. We do not use them for other marketing. We do not pass them to the other ShowFold brands for their marketing, and we do not sell them.

Our legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you give on the form and can withdraw at any time (owner P3-R, 2026-10-07; to verify with counsel).

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist entries for 12 months from sign-up (owner P3-R), and then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner, at any time, and we will.

Who else handles it

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Waitlist entries are stored on the shared platform that runs the event.clinic suite, operated by the controller named above, in a database hosted for us by Neon, Inc. (a Databricks company, https://neon.com) as data processor. Both act only on our instructions. No one else receives them.

What this website stores in your browser

Nothing. The website sets no cookies and uses no local storage, and there is no analytics, advertising or tracking code. It follows your device's light or dark setting without storing it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable form (GDPR Articles 15 to 21). Write to privacy@jigfold.com. If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Hungarian data protection authority, the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH, naih.hu), or to the authority where you live (GDPR Article 77, to verify).
