Stands, fabrication and print

Build exactly what was approved, and know the moment that changes.

For stand builders, fabricators and print shops: every item you make is bound to the exact file version the client approved, and a new approval flags what is already in production instead of quietly changing it.

The sponsor sends a new logo on Wednesday. Twelve panels are already printed. You find out on Wednesday, with the list of those twelve, not on Friday at the venue.

Approval provenance

Every production item points at the file version that was approved, by whom and when. A new approval raises an exception on items already in production and changes none of them.

Preflight before the press

Dimensions, bleed, colour space, fonts, resolution and cut paths are checked the same way every time, before anything is made.

A traveller for every item

Each item carries a QR identity from the workshop to the hall and back, with its proof state: internal, client, sponsor, organiser, venue or structural.

Dock slots and venue rules

Installation method, crew, tools and permits sit with the venue's rules and your dock slot, so the build plan is checked against the building.

One event truth, many professional workspaces

This is a workspace in the event.clinic suite. The organiser, the venue and every supplier on an event work from the same event, so a change reaches you as soon as it is made, and you only ever see your own part of it.
